CIUS-PT MicroConverter is strictly a file data extraction and conversion utility map (PDF to XML format). It is NOT, under any legal or fiscal context, an Accounting or Billing Platform.
The user holds active responsibility for the correctness and legal compliance of the exported data points (including IRS withholding values and VAT exception reasons), committing to visually reviewing the generated XML before officially uploading it to the B2G public portal (FE-AP). We disclaim all forms of liability regarding portal rejections or tax authority fines.
A conversion credit is considered consumed when it unlocks access to the XML generated locally in the browser. Credit access links are valid for 365 days from issue and can be requested again for the checkout email while credits remain active. If a technical conversion failure prevents XML access after payment or credit use, contact support for credit restoration or refund review. Refunds are not available for successful conversion events or credits already used.
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CREATOR OF THIS MICRO-SERVICE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: TAX AUTHORITY FINES, eSPAP REJECTIONS, LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS), ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE. OUR MAXIMUM CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NEVER EXCEED THE EXACT AMOUNT PAID FOR THE RELEVANT CONVERSION SERVICE OR CREDIT PACK.
